Disability is more than a physical or mental limitation on the part of the individual, but links to the resources available to them, to an ability to make a contribution and, ultimately, to the self-confidence of the individual man, woman or child with disability.

Sure, I picked it up from the shelf, paid for it, and brought it to my office. But I don’t know who made it, how it was delivered to the supermarket, or where it was produced.
