A reflection on World Food Week

As I sit at my desk and eat my delicious breakfast cereal, which I bought at a large chain supermarket down the road, it dawns on me that I have no idea where it came from. Sure, I picked it up from the shelf, paid for it, and brought it to my office. But I don’t know who made it, how it was delivered to the supermarket, or where it was produced.
